Friends of Murrysville Parks-

Parks

FOMP's mission is to protect and restore native flora and fauna in the municipal parks of Murrysville. For many years volunteers have worked in the parks on trail construction and maintenance, and on removal of invasive plants. Without invasive plants, native plants can flourish to the benefit of wildlife, and to the benefit of the thousands of visitiors that come each year.

The following are the Murrysville Parks where FOMP is, or has been, active:

  • Duff Park

  • Townsend Park

  • Pleasant Valley Park

  • Kellman/Skeena Reserves

  • Bear Hollow Trail and Park

  • Murrysville Community Park

  • Pedora Park

Murrysville Community Park is a great park for all of your outdoor activitites. Our park includes 2 tennis courts, basketball court, street hockey court, baseball/softball field, pavillion with tables, grills and a water fountain.
